Associate Network Engineer (ANE) Program
Develop deep expertise in network engineering through technical instruction, hands-on lab work, and apprenticeship experience.
Program Overview
AI applications, cloud platforms, and large-scale data centers depend on reliable network infrastructure.
Many individuals who completed Aysik training now work at major technology companies in the United States.
The Aysik Associate Network Engineer (ANE) Program is designed for analytical individuals who want to develop deep expertise in network engineering.
The program combines technical instruction, hands-on lab work, and an apprenticeship experience designed to prepare participants for roles supporting modern network infrastructure.
The program was developed based on the technologies, architectures, and engineering practices used in Aysik consulting projects and network environments.
Program Structure
Two-Phase Training Approach
The ANE program combines technical coursework, lab work, and apprenticeship training.
01
Phase 1
Technical Instruction
During the first phase of the program, participants study networking technologies and architectures including:
- Routing protocols
- Switching technologies
- Cisco network platforms
- Infrastructure design concepts
- Enterprise, service provider, and data center network architectures
Participants build hands-on experience through lab environments designed to simulate production network environments.
02
Phase 2
Engineering Apprenticeship
During the second phase of the program, participants transition into an engineering apprenticeship within Aysik Labs.
Aysik Labs functions as a collaborative engineering environment where participants observe and assist with engineering activities including:
- Network design validation
- Platform feature testing
- Proof-of-concept environments
- Configuration testing
- Troubleshooting complex network scenarios
Participants continue certification studies while gaining exposure to the engineering processes used to support enterprise, cloud, and data center networks.
Hands-On Experience
Aysik Labs and Consulting Engagements
Aysik engineers perform consulting work for organizations such as Amazon, DIRECTV, Lennar, and other large technology environments.
While Aysik engineers are engaged in these consulting projects, ANE participants assist from Aysik Labs by validating configurations, testing platform features, and building proof-of-concept environments.
This work allows engineering teams to evaluate designs and technical solutions in controlled lab environments before those solutions and services are rolled out in production networks.
Through this process, participants gain exposure to the engineering workflows used to prepare infrastructure changes and support modern network environments.
Engineering Exposure
Engineering Experience
Through the program, participants gain exposure to technologies commonly used in enterprise, cloud, data center, and service provider networks.
Participants learn how engineering teams:
- Evaluate network architectures
- Validate platform capabilities
- Analyze network behavior
- Test infrastructure designs
- Troubleshoot operational environments
This experience helps participants understand how large-scale networks operate and how engineering teams support critical infrastructure.
